Return / Withdrawal Policy

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your wish to withdraw.

Exceptions
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened, unsealed or consumed products cannot be returned.

Procedure
To exercise your right:

  • Email hello@yumahealth.co.uk

  • Mention your order number

  • Return the product in its original, unopened packaging

Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will refund you within 14 days via the payment method used.
