2. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sales of products made on the Site.
Any order placed implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

3. Products

The products offered are food supplements in the form of gummies intended to relieve menstrual discomfort.
These products are not medicines and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
Customers should follow the instructions for use and not exceed the recommended daily dose.

It is the customer's responsibility to check that the products do not contain ingredients to which they may be allergic.
Nutritional information, ingredients and warnings are available on each product sheet.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Order

The buyer declares that he has the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
The order is validated when the customer has confirmed their basket and made payment.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided by the customer.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments can be made via:

  • Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • Secure payment solutions offered on the Site (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

Payment data is not processed directly by the seller but by secure payment providers.

7. Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer.

In the event of a delay in delivery, the buyer will be informed by email.

8. Right of withdrawal

For hygiene and food safety reasons, products can only be returned if the original seal has not been opened or damaged.
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, by contacting hello@yumahealth.co.uk .
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the event of an error attributable to the seller.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

10. Liability

The products offered are food supplements, intended for healthy people.
The seller declines all responsibility in the event of:

  • Consumption not in accordance with the instructions on the packaging

  • Use by contraindicated persons (pregnant women, breastfeeding women, minors, undeclared allergies)

  • Association with medical treatments without prior medical advice

The seller's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.

Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

14. Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law.
